Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services and website of BJ Value Based Services Corporation ("BJVBS", "we", "us"), a corporation registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Registration No. CS200929261 and operating in Baguio City, Benguet. By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide:

• Laundry services — wash & dry, wash only, dry only, premium and specialized care, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, and folding, with optional pickup and delivery;
• Purified drinking water — refilling of serialized returnable containers and retail bottled water, with doorstep delivery;
• Corporate (B2B) services — contracted laundry and water supply for hotels, hospitals, and other institutions under separate service agreements.

2. Accounts and registration

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering, including a valid Philippine mobile number, which we verify by one-time PIN.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing, and billing

• Prices shown at booking based on your declared item counts are estimates. The final invoice is confirmed after your items are received, verified, and weighed at our facility.
• Minimum-load billing applies to standard retail laundry, and certain bulky items carry item-specific minimum charges; applicable minimums are reflected in your quoted price.
• Express and rush service, special treatments (pre-wash, stain treatment, specialized wash), and delivery surcharges for hard-to-reach locations are itemized at checkout.
• If the verified quantity at intake exceeds your declared quantity, the verified (higher) count is billed.
• Corporate accounts are billed per their contracted rate schedules on semi-monthly consolidated invoices with the credit terms stated in their service agreement.

4. Payments

• Online payments (cards, e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, and QR Ph) are processed by PayMongo, our licensed payment gateway. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Field operations are 100% cashless: our drivers and partner drop-off hubs cannot accept cash. Doorstep and hub payments are made by QR code or through your account. Cash is accepted only at our front counter.
• Prepaid wallet balances and subscription plans are non-transferable and redeemable only against our services. Wallet top-ups are held as store credit and are not withdrawable as cash, except where a refund is due under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Orders under the on-site cash option remain payable at the counter and are released only after settlement.

5. Custody of your items

• Every bag is sealed with a serialized security tie at pickup or drop-off and is tracked through each handoff — driver, partner hub, and facility — with photographic records.
• Please empty pockets before handover. Valuables found during sorting are photographed, logged, and held securely for you to claim.
• Items that cannot be safely processed (heavily contaminated, hazardous, or restricted articles) may be isolated and returned unprocessed at our discretion.
• Delicate or damaged items discovered at sorting pause the order pending your decision in the customer portal; proceeding may require your express approval and, where applicable, an additional handling fee.

6. Delivery and collection

• Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or operational constraints.
• If you are unavailable at delivery, you may pre-authorize a secure drop-off location or request re-delivery for a rerouting fee.
• Items dropped at a partner hub must be collected within the hub's posted storage window; uncollected orders past the window may be transferred to our main facility and are subject to settlement of any outstanding balance before release.

7. Purified water

• Water is dispensed and bottled under our quality program, with laboratory testing records retained for every batch. Bottles are dispatched only within 7 days of refilling.
• Returnable containers remain our property and must be returned within 30 days of delivery; otherwise a replacement fee applies as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Liability

• We exercise professional care with every item. Where loss or damage in our custody is verified, our liability is limited to re-cleaning, repair, replacement value of the affected item assessed against intake records, or refund of the affected service fee.
• We are not liable for inherent weaknesses in fabrics, pre-existing damage documented at intake, color bleeding from unstable dyes, items left in pockets, or articles not declared at booking.
• Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

9. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to interfere with the operation of our website and booking system, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding, and software on this site are owned by or licensed to BJ Value Based Services Corporation.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.

12. Dispute resolution, governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Baguio City, Benguet.
